Can I ask the Customer to increase the value of their question?

No. If their question remains unanswered and is closed without a response, they receive an automatic email suggesting that they evaluate the value of their question and adjust accordingly.

You can, however, send an "Underpriced" report and let a moderator contact the customer on your behalf to see if the Customer wants to raise the value.
