When you see an arrow pointing to a question on the question list, what does that mean?

If you see a marker or arrow that points out specific questions on the question list, that is what's called a "warm lead." It means that the customer was shown your profile as an Expert who could potentially answer their question during the question-asking process. This does not mean you have an exclusive lock on the question. Other Experts can still answer. But, if you feel confident that you can do a good job on the question, you can answer these first, knowing that the customer is already familiar with you and your profile. Many Experts say that they see more positive feedback and greater customer satisfaction on these warm leads, but the user experience does vary from person to person.
