Do I have to accept an answer?

Yes, as long as you are satisfied with the answer you received.  By clicking the green ACCEPT button, you are paying the Expert for their work and acknowledging that you are satisfied with your answer.

If you are not satisfied with your answer, then you should not click the ACCEPT button.  Instead, you can click the REPLY button and ask the Expert for the details you would still like to know or have the Expert make your question available to a different Expert.
