What if the question is not clear?

If you don't fully understand the question, say so! Customers will appreciate it. Most Customers speak English, but some may need a little help asking clear questions. Take the time to clarify the question with the customer, so you don't end up spending a lot of time answering a question the Customer didn't really mean! Be sure to check the "info request" box, so the Customer knows your post isn't your answer and your ratings can't be affected. If you find that you can't answer the question after the customer replies, you can opt-out.
