My answer was rejected, but the customer asked the question again. What should I do?

Customers decide which answers they want to accept. If a customer rejects your answer, they can open a new question page to ask the same question of another Expert. If you see this, the best thing to do is nothing. The customer can still return at any time and accept either answer. Don't post a note to ask the customer why your answer was rejected. If you truly want to know the reason, you can submit an "Other" report from the drop-down list and ask a moderator to tell you.
