At times, it may be necessary for an Expert to clear their cookies and cache in order to use the site. Sometimes it's because you picked up a bad cookie or there might be another issue going on. The first and most obvious step before troubleshooting begins is to clear your cookies and cache. Here's how:

For MS Internet Explorer:

1. From the top of your browser window, click "Tools."
2. From the menu, select "Internet Options."
3. If the General tab is not already selected, you can select it now.
4. Find the "Browsing History" section and click "Delete."
5. Click "Delete" in the "Temporary Internet Files" section. If you see a pop-up window, hit "Yes."
6. Click "Delete Cookies" in the "Cookies" section. If you see a pop-up window, hit "Yes."

For Mozilla Firefox:

1. Click "Tools" at the top of your browser window.
2. Click "Options."
3. In the "Private Data" section, click the "Settings" button.
4. Ensure that "Cache" and "Cookies" are checked.
5. Click "OK."

For Safari:

1. In the upper left corner of your display, Click "Safari."
2. From the menu, select "Reset Safari."
3. Click "Reset" when a pop-up box appears.
4. Click "Safari" again.
5. From the menu, select "Empty Cache."
6. Click "Empty" when the pop-up box appears.
