I need to opt out. What's the proper procedure?

Ideally, when you need to opt out, it's best to post an info request on the page to let the customer know that you're opting out. You can simply post an IR that lets them know that you can't go any further with them and that are opening the question up to other Experts. Then hit the "opt out" link. That way, the customer is not sitting and waiting for you to reply, unaware that you won't be helping them further.
